How to Buy
I have made the process of buying my sculptures as easy as possible. Just follow the simple instructions below and you will soon have a Paul Smith Sculpture to admire in your own home.
Choosing a sculpture
To order a sculpture please use the CONTACT page to send me an email with the title, price and material. I will get back to you as soon as I can with price and delivery confirmation. I carry some items in stock, but others are made to order and may take longer (see terms and conditions).
Please quote carefully the title of the artwork, as I sometimes use titles which are quite close to others on the website.
How to buy using Art Loans
Art Loans is an interest free art purchase scheme run by The Arts Council, for UK residents. There are over 250 participating galleries in England.
The image of my Hereford Bull sculpture was chosen for the front cover of the explanatory leaflet.

Terms and Conditions
To place an order, please contact me by e mail or telephone. I will then confirm a final price, including delivery. Under normal circumstances the sculpture should be delivered to your door (delivery by TNT) within 6 to 12 weeks of the date of the confirmation of the order. However, during exceptionally busy periods it may take slightly longer, as each sculpture is individually made to order. All sculptures must be paid for in full before despatch, either by cheque (made out to Paul Smith Sculptures) or bank transfer. When the sculpture is ready a form will be sent for you to sign and return with the payment.
Returns
In the very unlikely event that you wish to return the sculpture for any reason, you must do so within 14 days for a full refund (less delivery costs). The sculpture must be returned to me in the condition in which it was sent to you with all the original packaging. If you intend to return the sculpture please notify me before you send it. If you need to return an item because it has arrived damaged you must notify me within 7 days.
