How to order
Choosing
a sculpture
There is
often more than one version of a particular design of sculpture. When ordering
please specify which number comes after the title of the sculpture (in
roman numerals in brackets). Please
also quote the price and material.
For
instance:
Bearhug (i) = hand built ceramic
Bearhug (ii) = limited
edition ceramic
Bearhug (iv) = small limited editions (up
to £100)
Bearhug
(v) = medium
and large limited editions (£100
up to £1000)
Bearhug (vi) = outdoor

Terms
and Conditions
To place an order with Paul Smith Sculptures,
please CONTACT the artist by e mail or
telephone. The artist will then confirm a final price, including delivery. Under normal circumstances the sculpture should be delivered to your door (delivery by TNT) within 6 to 12 weeks of the date of the confirmation of the order. However, during exceptionally busy periods it may take slightly longer, as each sculpture is individually made to order.
All sculptures must be paid for in full before despatch, either by cheque (made out to Paul Smith Sculptures) or bank transfer. When the sculpture is ready a form will be sent for you to sign and return with the payment.
Returns
In the very unlikely event that you wish to return the sculpture for any reason, you must do so within 14 days for a full refund (less delivery costs). The sculpture must be returned to the artist in the condition in which it was sent to you with all the original packaging. If you intend to return the sculpture please notify the artist before you send it.
If you need to return an item because it has arrived damaged you must notify the artist
CONTACT within 7 days.
